Trellised verndah with tented roof along ground floor. Single storey C20 extension to left. The house stands on a paved terrace and reached from right return by flight of 10 moulded steps with low side walls and capped piers. Two storey and basement canted bays on right return. Interior: gutted following fire damage and being restored at time of survey. Structural walls of red brick,part in English bond and flint, and simple lath and plaster partitions.
