House. Dated 1752 by owner, extended 1813. Flemish bond brick,           ridge stacks, and tiled roof.           PLAN: double-depth.           EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic; 1-bay range. A left-hand           doorway has an architrave, 4-pane overlight and door with 6           raised panels, blocks above part of a full-width fascia over a           wide canted bay with mid C19 horned plate-glass sashes;           similar first-floor bay and eaves facia, and raised attic           storey with a small 3/3-pane sash in exposed frame.           INTERIOR: not inspected.
