Description

1. 5275 CATTLE MARKET (North West Side) No 2 TR 3258 1/71 19.5.50. II GV 2. This building is on the corner with Delf Street. Timber framed building dated 1601 on the bressummer of the east front but modernised in 1928. 2 storeys, 8 windows facing north, 3 windows facing east. Plastered front. The 1st floor overhangs on a moulded bressummer carved brackets and a corner post with another carved bracket shaped like a figure on a ships prow. Modern windows. Blocked doorway on the east side with fluted Ionic pilasters and carved lintol. Nos 2 to 12 (even) form a group. Listing NGR: TR3293658204
