BEACH STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No 87 (Magpie Cottage) TR 3752 NE 1/20 II GV 2. Early C19. 3 storeys. Ground. floor stuccoed, the upper floors brown brick. Parapet with stone coping. 1 sash with glazing bars intact on 2nd floor. 2 sashes on ground floor with verticals only and 3 light canted bay on 1st floor. Nos 73 to 87 (odd) form a group.
