TR 2457 WINGHAM HIGH STREET (east side) 9/278 Nos 3, 3A, 4 and 5 Prospect Place GV II House. C17. Rendered with slate roof. One storey and attic on plinth with moulded brackets to half-hipped roof. Three flat-roofed dormers and moulded stack cluster to centre right, and stack to rear left. Three canted bays and door of 4 panels to left with tented hood, and paired doors of 4 panels to centre right with reeded pilaster surround and cornice and flat hood on brackets with 3 swept rails on plain uprights. Prospect Place to rear (nos 3A and 4) a series of C18 additions to rear, of 2 storeys with plain tiled and slated roofs and irregular fenestration of horizontally sliding glazing bar sashes and wooden casements with 3 boarded doors.
