Stock brick with rubbed brick voussoirs, stuccoed plinths, tiled roofs and brick chimneystacks. Two storeys; 4 windows and 4 window spaces to first floor. Modillion eaves cornice. Sixteen-pane sashes with moulded architraves; cambered heads and reeded pattern to ground floor windows. Round-headed doorcases with solid fanlights and moulded architraves. C20 front doors. Stuccoed plaque between two central cottages with name "UNITY COTTAGES". Listing NGR: TR3284658479
