TR 13 NW MONKS HORTON Lower Cock Ash

House. C17 or earlier. Timber framed. Front elevation red brick in Flemish bond. Plain tile roof. 1½ storeys on brick plinth with flint base. Three-quarters hipped roof to left, with gablet. Stack to left end of rear lean-to. Wall-plate under left hip morticed for diamond- mullion window. Two 2-light flat-roofed eaves dormers. Irregular fenestration of two recessed 3-light ground-floor casements with segmental heads. Central ribbed door up 3 steps, in C20 brick porch. Rear lean-to. Interior not inspected.
