FOLKESTONE RENDEZVOUS STREET (South West side) No. 23, The Samuel Peto Former Baptist Church
(Formerly listed as Baptist Church, RENDEZVOUS STREET)
II Built by Joseph Gardner 1873-74. Two storeys and basement. The front elevation is stuccoed, the rest is of stock brick. Slate roof. Pediment with modillion cornice and stone balustraded parapet. Dentilled cornice. Four massive coupled Composite columns through two storeys with Composite pilasters to the corners. Two round windows to the first floors. Triple round-headed windows to the ground floor. Round-headed arch and curved steps to street.
