Description
1. 5281 HARBOUR WAY FOLKESTONE No 79 (Malvina House) (Formerly listed under Dover Street) TR 2336 SW 3/13 5.12.49 II GV 2. C18. 2 parallel ranges. 3 storeys red brick. The side elevation is partially tile hung. Old hipped tiled roof. Modillion eaves cornice. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact. The centre lst floor window is round-headed. Doorcase with open pediment and engaged Tuscan columns. Outside chimneystack.
