ROCHESTER ST MARGARET'S TQ 76 NW STREET 2/211 No 59 (Mill House) 10-12-87 II House. Late C18. Rendered brick, weatherboarded to front. Kent-tile hipped roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys. Front: symmetrical 2 window range, 16 pane sashes with raised frames to all windows; central panelled door under rectangular overlight and simple canopy on shaped brackets.
