Public House, now house, with house adjoining to left. Late C18 or early C19. Painted brick. Left gable end tile-hung. Plain tile roof. Barley Mow set at slight angle to No. 12. Two storeys. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Hipped roof to No. 12, left hip returning. Hipped roof to Barley Mow. Central rear stack to No. 12 and 2 rear stacks to right to Barley Mow. Irregular fenestration of 5 sashes in open boxes; two 8-pane to No. 12 and three 16-pane to Barley Mow. Segmental heads to ground-floor windows of Barley Mow. Ground-floor shop window to No. 12. Half-glazed door with flat hood on brackets to left end of No. 12 and similar door to Left-of centre of Barley Mow. Interior not inspected.
