TR 03 NE LYMPNE 2/20 Court-at-Street Upper Park Farmhouse II Farmhouse, now house. C17 with C18 and C20 alterations. Ground floor roughly coursed stone, first floor patched red brick in an irregular bond. Plain tile roof. L-plan. 2 storeys. Hipped roof. Brick gable end stack to left. Brick ridge stack to rear wing at junction with main range. Irregular fenestration of four C20 metal casements, two 2-light and two 3-light. Door of 6 fieldedpanels, with segmental head and flat hood, off-centre to right. Rear lean-to to left. Roughly central rear stair turret. Rear wing to right, originally short and subsequently extended. Interior: only partly inspected. Chamfered ground-floor beams. Inglenook fireplace. C18 stud partition wall to entrance passage.
