Central brick ridge stack. Irregular fenestration of 3 casements, two three-light and central single-light. Segmental heads to ground-floor windows. Central ribbed door with rectangular fanlight and flat bracketed hood. Rear lean-to. Later two-storey addition forming cross-wing to right; painted brick with applied studding, upper part of gable end tile-hung. Gabled plain-tile roof and one three-light first-floor casement.
