Rusticated ground floor with 2 round-headed sashes and a doorcase with deep rectangular fanlight. The rear elevation of No 45 is Cl8. 2 parallel ranges. 3 storeys painted brick. Deep moulded cornice. 3 sashes with verticals only. Stringcourse between ground and lst floor. Central round-headed doorcase with semi-circular fanlight and 6-panelled door.
