Gault brick; Kent-tile hipped roof. Main range, single depth, with rear wing. End stack to front, right; lateral stack to wing. 2 storeys. Front: regular 2-window range. 2 windows blocked; the others with 16-pane hornless sashes in reveals, all with cambered arches.
