Offices. c1770 with some early C19 remodelling. Painted render with brick lateral stack and hipped slate roof. Late Georgian style. 2-room plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storey; 3-window range. Ground-floor has a 3-bay arcade of timber Tuscan columns to an entablature, cornice and parapet, the left-hand one open to a recessed doorway with architrave to 6-panel door, the middle and right-hand bays filled in with cambered heads to 6/6-pane sashes. House has clasping pilaster strips to overhanging boxed eaves, with 6/6-pane sashes. 2-window returns, the rear facing the river has a similar open arcade as the front with a C20 iron balustrade, canted up through subsidence of the house.
