Listing Text: 751/0/10012 K6 telephone kiosk adjacent to Canterbury 12-DEC-05 Road GV II The K6 telephone kiosk was designed by Giles Gilbert Scott in 1935 to celebrate the jubilee of King George V. It is made of cast iron, painted red, with long horizontal glazing in the door and two of the other sides. It has unperforated crowns on the top panels. This K6 telephone kiosk lies within a conservation area, has group value with a listed building, and is a prominent landmark within an open green space in a seaside setting.
