Four irregularly projecting sections, that to left the assembly hall with 3 metal casements in gauged and keyed surrounds, the centre window raised. Centre left entrance porch, with four centred arched chamfered doorway, and corbel table of shields to hipped roof. To right 3 irregular gables, that at end right projecting, with irregular fenestration of wooden casements. Stacks to centre left and right.
