Timber framed and exposed close studding with plaster infill, with structural red brick additions, tile hung on first floor. Plain tiled roof. The right half of the front elevation with 2 storeys and continuous jetty on dragon posts, the roof hipped to right, gabled to left. One 2 light and one 3 light mullioned window with sidelights on first floor, and continuous fenestration on ground floor. Ribbed door in moulded surround to left.
