One storey with 9 bay arcade of Doric columns in antis, with frieze, projecting modillion eaves cornice, pro- jecting pavillions with return - hipped roofs, the arcade divided into 3 by projecting centre piece with parapet. Boarded doors and flanking lights in pavillions, the doorways with cornices. Metal traceried French doors and rectangular fanlights in each bay of arcade. Service block projecting on rear elevation. Part of Sir John Burnet's Westcliff improvements, paired with similar quadrant pavillion and bandstand (now boating pond - See separate items).
