RAMSGATE THE PLAINS OF TR 3865 SE WATERLOO (east side) 10/330 No. 54 II GV Terrace house. 1820's. Stock brick. Three storeys and basement with parapet and stack to right. Two glazing bar sashes on second floor with 2 storey canted bay with sashes below. Sash to basement. Half-glazed panelled door to right with traceried semi-circular fanlight in keyed gauged surround. Flight of 4 steps with simple rails.
