Three storeys and basement with rendered base and plat band and quoins to parapet to hipped roof, with stacks to rear left and to rear right. Three half-sized sashes on 2nd floor, 3 sashes on 1st floor, all with gauged heads, and 2 sashes on ground floor, with 2 metal casements below to basement. Door to left of 6 raised and fielded panels, the top 2 glazed, with semi-circular fanlight, and open pedimented doorcase on pilasters and brackets, and with 5 moulded steps.
