UNION SQUARE 1. 5283 BROADSTAIRS Nos 1 & 2 TR 3967 NE 1/174 II GV 2. An early to mid C19 pair. 3 storeys and basement faced with flint with buff brick dressings. Slate roof. 2 dormers. 1 cambered sash each and central blank. Modern shutters. Simple double doorcase, round-headed with 6 panelled doors. 3 steps to street.
Nos 1 to 7 (consec) form a group.
