Three storeys on rusticated ground floor with cornice and with cill bands and parapet to roof with stack to left. Two bow windows to 2nd and 1st floors each with 1 glazing bar sash with gauged head to each floor. Two arched openings on ground floor, both blocked and under reconstruction at time of survey, with 6 panelled door to left with semi-circular fanlight in fluted Doric surround with cornice (see Busson, Ramsgate, 67).
