HIGH STREET 1. 1614 (West Side) No l3 TQ 5354/1/30 13.4.51 II GV 2. With Nos 15 and 17. Originally an inn but is now divided into 5 houses. C16 or earlier framed structure, 2.1.3. facade. 2 storeys. Large centre projecting gable feature with fishscale tile-hanging on first floor, First floor of projecting gable feature over-sailing. Supporting wings on either side with plain tile hanging on first floor. Continuous ridge tile roof, half hipped to left and with ridge stack to left of centre gables The old Post Office. C19 shop front on ground floor with projecting splayed shop windows with stucco fronts and centre plain boarded shop door. First floor tile- hung with slight pentice projecting over shop front on ground floor. one small lattice casement to left on first floor. Larger mullioned lattice casement to right with tiled eave raised over window head to form half dormer. Eaves with no gutter. Ridge tile roof, half hipped to left, and ridge stack to right. Nos 7 to 17 (odd) form a group. Listing NGR: TQ5312254215
