WEST KINGSDOWN SCHOOL LANE 1. 5280 (north-west side) Earlylands TQ 56 SE 6/245 II 2. L-shaped C17 or earlier timber-framed building of one storey and attics, the front refaced partly in red brick partly in pebbledash. One modern dormer and casement to front elevation. Side elevation has 3 modern gabled dormers and a gabled weather porch.
