Adjoining No 25 and projecting in front. l-storey tiled gable-ended elevation moms street with projecting flat canopy over shop front supported on cl8 rounded columns with moulded base and capitals. Group value. This is a Cl9 building but the columns supporting the canopy over shop front originally formed part of a colonnade on the south front of Chipstead Place.
