II                         GV 2. Circa 1872.  Tall walls of diapered brick, with stone coping, to north-east, south-east and south-west of garden.  To north-west lower, plain wall.  To east of eastern angle of garden a stretch of diapered wall with battlements. Ball finials on stone coping.  Wall rises to gable over gateway.
Hall Place, the terrace walls and gates to the North West, the terrace walls and steps to North-East, the Estate office and workshop block, the Stable block and the Garden walls form a group.
