2. Early C18 building erected on part of site of C17 and earlier mansion and incorporating a large chimney stack from the older house. 2 storeys and attic. Galleted rubble masonry. High pitched hipped tiled roof with 2 flat headed dormers. One 1st floor and 2 ground floor windows, the left one a modern but seemly canted bay. A wing added to other side of house in late C19 makes an L-shape with door in angle. Windows C18 or replaced sashes with glazing bars. Upstairs one small room has complete early C18 panelling; and another a Tudor stone fireplace. The former home of the Hyde family.
Sundridge Place, the Large Barn and Outbuildings form a group.
