1. 5280 SUNDRIDGE SUNDRIDGE Church Road (West Side) The Red House TQ 4854 33/1256 II 2. Early-mid C18 with additions. 2 storeys, 6 windows in all, formerly a pair. High pitched, tiled roof with end chimneys. 4 hipped gabled dormers. Moulded wood eaves cornice. Red brick with diaper of blue headers. 1st floor band and brick-coped rubble plinth. 1st floor casement windows, those on right modern, with similar casements on ground floor. At left 2 sashes with glazing bars; all in flush moulded frames under gauged flat brick arches. Left door of 6 panels, top glazed, in moulded frame with patterned rectangular fanlight. French window at right. Considerable C19 and modern rear extensions. Listing NGR: TQ4839854812
