Ornamental dairy. c.1904 by J.L Pearson and part of the model farm complex to Hever Castle. Octagonal structure built of brick with stone window dressings and tiled roof with 8 tiny-copper gablets and copper finial with weathervane. The building is attached to the circular colonnade on each side and to Daisy Cottage to the rear. The front has 4 columns. The interior has moulded green and white tiles with an elaborate tiled cornice of lotus flowers divided by swags and cherubs. Marble shelves to 3 sides. 2 entrances and tessellated floor.
