Hipped dormer to attic. 1938 metal casement windows with leaded lights in original openings. Central doorcase with flat wooden weatherboard and C20 plank door. Outshut to rear. Right side ground floor room has inglenook fireplace and axial beam with run out stops. Left side ground floor room has C18 open fireplace with wooden bressumer, axial beam with lamb's tongue stop and C16 jowled post resited. 1st floor shows a C16 arch brace and generally the front posts have C18 curved cut jamb while the rear posts have C16 tapering ones. Many beams have 2 brick chamfers and lamb's tongue stops. C16 floorboards. Attic has C18 roof of angled queen strut type with through purlins.
