2. Restored C16 framed structure with brick elevations. Random stone plinth. Brick band. Modern square paned leaded casements in wooden frames. 2 storeys. Eaves and gutter. Hip tiled roof and centre ridge stack. Restored well head with shingle canopy standing in front.
Chapman's Farmhouse and Well Cottage form a group.
