Brick with random rubble base some C18 brick, some earlier. Projecting chimney at left of old narrow bricks. C19 casement windows. C19 projecting£pent porch with wood posts and brick base. Small lean-to right extension. At back exposed timber with plaster filling. Inside much exposed heavy timber, probably of green wood as rather warped. Arched tie beams and square framing.
