LONDON ROAD 1. 1614 (West Side) TQ 4254/1/72 No 45 II 2. C18 house to rear of Messrs W J Walter Limited (Art Shop). Cl8 panelled door with bottle glass top lights in panelled pilastered frame with fern leaf ornament and flat projecting moulded hood over (up 4 brick steps to door). 1st floor tile-hung with lattice easements. Eaves and gutter. Hipped tiled roof (The elevation facing London Road is concealed behind large projecting 1 storey modern shop building).
