Cottage.C18 Red brick ground-floor, plastered 1st floor. Plain tiled roof with weather-boarded gable end to east and end stacks. 2 storeys; 3 windows, modern casements. Modern porch between 1st and 2nd windows from right, glazed door between 1st and 2nd bays from left. Fire Insurance mark. Included as a good example of modest domestic building of traditional regional type.
