Cottage. C16 framed structure. Exposed framing with painted brick infilling on ground floor and plaster above. Steep pitched plain tiled roof, hipped to left, with partice to rear and large projecting stone chimney to right. Two storeys; 2 windows, irregular, casements. Entrance at rear.
