Cottage, formerly farmhouse. C16. Random rubble plinth made taller by several upper brick courses. Red brick above masking timber frame. Hipped plain tiled roof with ridge stack off-centre to left and end stack to right. 3 gabled semi-dormers. l½ storeys; 3 window front, casements in openings on ground-floor with segment-heads. Half-glazed door to left of right-hand west window. Rear half-hipped wing and catslide extensions.
