House. Late medieval timber-framed building refronted and underbuilt in early C19. Ground floor painted brick. 1st floor plastered. Old tiled roof. 2 C20 3-light casements to 1st floor and 2 mullioned and transomed casements to ground floor. Rear elevation has tall brick chimneystack. Inglenook fireplace with 2 round-headed alcoves. Cruciform crownpost roof pre-1500 reported seen through attic of the adjoining Avicia Cottage (qv).
