Refectory. Mainly C20 by Maguire and Murray but incorporating medieval fragments. Built of stone rubble with tiled roof. 1st floor has continuous window with 20 lights. The ground floor incorporates 4 reused late medieval stone mullioned window surrounds. (Buildings of England: Newman J: West Kent and the Weald: 576).
