TQ6457-6557 OFFHAM TOWER HILL 8/17 (east side) 1.8.52 Offham House and railings in front of house (formerly Listed as Offham Place) GV II
House, originally two terraced cottages. Red brick with blue headers on random rubble plinth. Plain tiled roof, hipped to left with end stacks. 2 storeys with plat band lower to left than to right. Symmetrical 6-window front, glazing bar sashes. Central panelled door with flat projecting- hood. Recessed brick panel in centre of first floor. Wrought-iron spearheads railings in front of house with central gate and octagonal standards.
