Tomb monument.  Dated 1815.  Stone.  Wide plinth to pedestal, with moulded foot and cornice, carrying large coade stone urn.  Inscribed to John and Rosamund Spong.  Wrought-iron railed surround with urns on standards.  John Spong was the model for Mr Wardle of Dingley Dell in Charles Dickens "The Pickwick Papers".
