Red brick to front elevation, weatherboarded to left side elevation, with hipped tiled roof with end brick stacks. 2 storeys; 2 windows. 12-pane sashes. Ground floor has one 3-light canted bay with glazing bars intact. Left side doorcase with flat wooden hood on brackets. Pilasters. C20 half glazed door. Included for group value.
