Roof hipped to left (north), hip returning. Projecting brick stack to south gable end. Gabled dormer. Irregular fenestration of one 4-light C20 casement. Rear return wing to left with one window on each floor in chamfered C17 brick architrave. Side of wing has 2-light ovolo- moulded mullioned first-floor window. Door in lean-to to re-entrant angle.
