Section to left of stack rendered, section under and to right of stack red brick in Flemish bond to ground floor, weatherboarded above. First floor of left gable end tile-hung. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and garret. Half-hipped roof to left, hipped roof to right. Multiple brick ridge stack towards centre. Irregular fenestration of 5 casements; 2 deep 3-light to left, and two 3-light and one 2-light to right. Panelled door with 2 top lights and flat corniced and bracketed hood towards centre of right section, to Rowland House. Door with flat bracketed hood towards left end, to Pilgrim Cottage. Lean-to to left gable end and to rear. Interior not inspected, but said to contain patterned wall-painting. Listing NGR: TQ7853743749
