Built at right-angles to road. 2 storeys, with hipped roof. Projecting red and grey brick stack to rear gable end. Two leaded round-headed two-light casements to long right side. Left side apparently unfenestrated on first floor. Boarded first-floor loading door beside stack to rear gable end. Two ground-floor doors with segmental leads to right side.
