Farmhouse, now house. C17 or earlier, with C19 facade. Probably timber framed. Painted brick facade. First floor of right gable end tile-hung, painted towards front. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys on brick plinth. Plat band. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Hipped roof, hips returning to right and left. Projecting red and grey brick stack in English bond to left gable end, with tumbled brick shoulders, and moulded brick base to truncated flue. Multiple red and grey brick stack in front slope of roof to left of centre. Projecting red and grey brick stack to right gable end, with tumbled brick shoulders, and filleted flue with plain brick band to base and corbelled top. Irregular fenestration of 3 three-light casements, one to left and two to right of stack. Splayed painted brick voussoirs to left ground-floor casement. Consoled cornices to two ground-floor French windows to right. Ribbed door, also with consoled cornice, up two steps immediately to left of stack. Rear return wings to left and right with brick ground floors, weatherboarded first floors (except tile-hung right side of right wing) and half-hipped plain tile roofs. Four-light diamond mullion first-floor window to left side of right wing. Central rear wing or turret shorter than, but adjoining left wing, in similar materials and with hipped roof. Rear lean-to between central and right wings. Interior not inspected.
