Projecting red and grey brick stack towards rear of left gable end, and multiple brick ridge stack to left of centre. Irregular fenestration of 2 three-light leaded casements. Boarded door up three stone steps under stack. Rear return wing to right with higher eaves, gabled, with projecting red and grey brick gable end stack, and brick lean-to to long left side.
