Mixed red and grey brick in English bond with plain tile roof. 3 bays, with central door to front elevation and one rear door to each outer bay. One storey and attic on galletted stone plinth. Brick coped gable to left, plain to right. Large brick gable end ridge stack to left with fillet. Left gable end has 2 C16 round-headed chamfered brick attic windows in shallow rectangular recesses, one with remains of brick hood-mould and 2 smaller similar unrecessed windows above them. Right gable end has central rectangular recessed chamfered brick window with doors, with blocked round-headed chamfered brick window above. 3 hipped C19 dormers. Irregular fenestration of one shallow rectangular brick recess on either side of door, each containing 3 round-headed chamfered brick lights with later glazing bars. Low central round-headed doorway in shallow rectangular recess, with radi- ating brick voussoirs, and 2 bricks forming raised keystone. C20 ribbed door with rectangular light. Rear elevation: 2 doors similar to front, arches springing from plain imposts, alternated with irregularly-spaced sets of 3-light windows. Flat-roofed stone extension to right. Interior: large cross-beams to ground floor. Butt side purlin roof, altered in C18 or C19. 3 bays (with outer door to each). Listing NGR: TQ8703652864
