YALDING BENOVER ROAD TQ 6949 (South-west side) 7/56 (Formerly known as High Street, East- West Arm) Nos. 1 and 2 Gabriels Cottages GV II House pair. Late C18. Timber framed. Weatherboarded, some of upper boarding beaded. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys on rendered plinth. Roof half-hipped to left, gabled to right. Rear stack to right. Irregular fenestration of 2 three-light wooden casements. Ground floor has two twenty-four pane sashes with thin glazing bars and moulded architraves. Panelled door to left end, and door of six flush panels to No. 1 to right of centre. Weatherboarded rear lean-to. Interior not inspected. Listing NGR: TQ6972449902
